By Road 

From either London or from J16 on the M25, take the A40 to Junction for the B467 Uxbridge, Harefield, Ickenham (Swakeley's roundabout). Follow the signs to Harefield. After about half a mile you will reach a mini-roundabout. Turn left: the road will take you through the countryside for about three miles to a mini-roundabout. Go straight across it, up the hill and you will be on Harefield High Street. A the mini-roundabout in the centre of the village cross straight over, passing the Kings Arms public house and Harefield Health Centre on your left. The hospital's front entrance is about 400 metres further along at the next left fork. Proceed into the hospital's grounds for parking. Heart Science Centre is around the back of the hospital opposite the STaR Centre.

 

By Public Transport

The nearest underground stations are Northwood and Uxbridge. From directly outside either station take the 331 or the U9 (Uxbridge only) to Harefield, For the 331 alight at Harefield Green. The U9 stops inside the Hospital Grounds. The bus journey is approximately 20 minutes from either underground station. Alternatively you can use Chiltern Line  - National Rail to Denham Station. The 331 bus from Uxbridge stops outside of the station. Northwood, Uxbridge and `Denham stations are all also served by Taxis. Parking

There is substantial parking at Harefield Hospital. However, the car park does get busy, particularly on days with significant outpatients appointments. It is advised to come by public transport if this is convenient. The car parks are managed and a pay and display system operates for patients and visitors. Hourly charges are clearly displayed on the payment machine and reductions apply for longer periods.
