A Night with the Legends
An exclusive, one-night-only celebration honouring the women who shaped Arab music, set within the magnificent surroundings of the Royal Albert Hall
The evening will commence with a private pre-concert reception at 7.00pm, where guests will learn about the vital research Professor Sir Magdi Yacoub and his team. whose work has transformed cardiac care and brought hope to millions of families across the Middle East and around the world.

The concert pays tribute to the legendary women whose voices defined the Golden Era of Arabic music—Fairuz, Umm Kulthum, Asmahan, Sabah, and Warda. The performance will feature internationally acclaimed vocalist Abeer Nehme, accompanied by the London Arab Orchestra, conducted by Basel Saleh, alongside the Royal Philharmonic Concert Orchestra and a 70-voice all-female choir.
The evening will be hosted by Jessica Kahawaty, who will guide guests through the stories behind the music with elegance and cultural insight, inspired by the timeless spirit of Scheherazade.
This extraordinary evening advances the life-saving mission of the Magdi Yacoub Institute, a world-class centre of excellence dedicated to advancing cardiac care, research, and education across the Middle East and beyond.
