Ann is an experienced Research Technician and Laboratory Manager. She is currently responsible to assisting the research team in the Valve Biology and Tissue Engineering Group. Ann competent is a wide range of assay and techniques commonly used by the group and plays a key role in trouble shooting and developing new procedures. In addition she is also responsible for the routine isolation and culture of cells from human and animal tissue. Through her laboratory management role, Ann guarantees that the necessary consumables are available and that we comply with the requirements of Health & Safety policy and Tissue Governance.
